What you'll do

• Present the community and apartment homes, highlighting features and amenities
• respond to prospective resident inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing
• maintain knowledge of features, floor plans, pricing, and availability
• use property management software such as Yardi or RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases
• conduct move-ins and move-outs
• plan and execute resident retention programs, events, and activities
• collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing, social media, and online reputation
• maintain accurate interaction and transaction records and comply with applicable laws and regulations. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of leasing or sales experience are listed
• a valid driver’s license is required.
