What you'll do

• Process customer transactions
• balance cash drawers and assist with vault management
• handle complex transactions and customer issues
• support and train Teller I employees
• assist with ATM balancing and currency levels
• monitor for suspicious or fraudulent activity
• refer customers to bank products and services
• provide online banking support
• answer customer calls
• assist with audits, cash shipments, and compliance.

Why this role
