What you'll do

• Manage strategic partner and vendor relationships and lifecycle
• participate in contract scoping, SLA definitions, performance reviews, and financial approvals or invoicing
• identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate service contracts
• lead technical integration programs
• coordinate globally distributed teams
• define roadmaps, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and schedules
• translate business and security requirements into technical milestones
• coordinate partner onboarding, pilot testing, field validation, and launches
• establish KPI dashboards and quality gates
• lead steering reviews and executive briefings
• ensure integrations comply with security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.
