Saw Operator — Second Shift

The Saw Operator role is onsite in Brookville, PA, with pay of $17–$18 per hour. Apex GeoTech Solutions designs, manufactures, and supplies tooling for the deep foundation drilling industry. The role cuts raw materials to production specifications, helping ensure accurate, safe, and quality-compliant preparation for manufacturing. The operator uses work orders and drawings, inspects cut materials, records production, and maintains equipment and a safe work area.

What you'll do

• Operate saws and cutting equipment to prepare materials according to work orders and drawings. Measure, mark, and cut steel, aluminum, and other materials to specified dimensions. Review production schedules, blueprints, and work orders
• inspect materials for defects, length, and quality. Record materials cut, scrap, and completed work. Follow safety protocols, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures. Clean and perform routine maintenance on saws and work areas
• communicate production needs or equipment issues and assist with material handling and inventory organization.
