What you'll do

• Set up and operate dish machines
• clean and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, cookware, and glassware
• record dish-machine temperatures and report malfunctions
• transport supplies and assist with cafeteria setup
• clean and replenish cafeteria areas
• use a three-compartment sink
• maintain kitchen sanitation
• assist with food receiving, storage, and preparation.
