Project Manager, HVAC

The Project Manager, HVAC role is onsite in Marietta, GA. Compensation is not specified. The project manager leads HVAC heavy-construction projects from estimating and planning through field execution and closeout. The role coordinates clients, field teams, trade partners, suppliers, and internal departments to meet project specifications, budgets, schedules, safety requirements, and customer expectations.

What you'll do

• Lead quoting, negotiation, planning, and coordination of construction projects and change orders
• develop timelines, resource plans, estimates, and budgets
• schedule work with clients and superintendents
• coordinate field operations and project documentation
• address accounts receivable issues with internal teams
• manage invoicing, submittals, shop drawings, and closeout materials
• serve as client liaison
• evaluate vendor and subcontractor proposals
• coordinate permitting and inspections
• conduct site surveys and sales calls
• support field scheduling and resource utilization.
