What you'll do

• Assist with project documentation and field office support
• develop and maintain project schedules
• coordinate kickoff meetings
• forecast cash flow and staffing
• interpret blueprints and specifications
• support budgets, estimates, bids, and change orders
• coordinate materials, permits, and inspections
• manage project finances and profitability
• monitor progress and report on budget, schedule, and forecasts
• ensure safety and timely closeout.
