Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Home Visits

Provide in-home patient visits based on the patient's plan of care under the direction of a Physical Therapist. Instruct and aid patients in exercises, gait training, ADLs, transfers, and safety. Observe, record, and report the patient's response to treatment and changes in condition to the supervising provider. Educate the patient and family on their role in rehabilitation.
