On-Site Customer Support Engineer, Systems Administration

What you'll do

• Install, configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot IT systems
• move and install equipment weighing up to 50 pounds or more with assistance
• diagnose customer hardware and software issues and document work in ServiceNow
• provision and image desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• install operating-system patches, upgrades, and commercial software
• support user accounts
• monitor systems and recommend improvements
• use SCOM and related tools to troubleshoot and deploy software
• manage equipment inventory and sanitization
• conduct system and software audits
• perform printer maintenance, software installations, and equipment refreshes
• track IT assets.
