What you'll do
- Support the facility’s preventive maintenance program
- coordinate maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and maintain safe practices
- diagnose malfunctioning systems and provide technical support
- maintain and monitor the PDM system, including troubleshooting, software updates, and hardware installations
- advise the General Manager on equipment and operating options
- execute CAPEX projects within approved budgets and timelines
- direct and support maintenance employees
- monitor machine downtime
- train and develop maintenance personnel
- manage multiple projects.

Why this role
Requires 10+ years of maintenance experience in a high-volume production, agricultural production, or distribution facility, experience in high-volume 24-hour production or warehouse environments, and safety program management experience. A four-year degree and documented OSHA safety training are preferred.
