What you'll do

• Develop and execute client account strategies
• grow services relationships and identify opportunities
• serve as a trusted senior client contact
• translate client needs into outcomes, roadmaps, and value propositions
• monitor account health, pipeline, delivery risk, and satisfaction
• oversee services engagements and coordinate cross-practice teams
• scope consulting and technical services
• prepare proposals and statements of work
• lead strategic opportunity pursuits and support negotiation and close.
