What you'll do

• Greet guests and explain menu offerings
• take orders and confirm modifications
• prepare and serve espresso beverages, coffee, tea, and food items
• operate and clean beverage equipment
• follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and applicable alcohol service requirements
• maintain clean, stocked service and preparation areas
• handle cash and electronic payments
• monitor product quality and stock
• open and close the outlet or station
• coordinate with food and beverage colleagues
• respond to guest concerns.
