• Lead and develop bioinformatics scientists

• oversee development, optimization, validation, and maintenance of next-generation sequencing pipelines
• support genomic data analysis and assay validation
• implement automated and reproducible workflows
• collaborate on cloud infrastructure
• ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• resolve pipeline, assay, and data quality issues.
