Pad Printing Operator — Screen Printing and Heat Transfer

The Pad Printing Operator role is onsite in Deer Park, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Ironwear’s printing team in customizing personal protective equipment for industrial customers. The operator prepares and runs pad-printing jobs and also operates screen-printing and heat-transfer equipment. Accurate setup, print alignment, quality checks, and coordination with production help meet output expectations and shipping deadlines.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate pad-printing equipment
• prepare inks and materials
• align prints and match artwork, work orders, and pick tickets to products
• check placement, coverage, and color consistency
• set up multi-color screen-printing jobs
• operate screen-printing and heat-transfer equipment
• prepare and reclaim screens
• clean and maintain equipment
• follow safety procedures
• coordinate with production on output and shipping deadlines.
