What you'll do

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity
• Orchestrates truck delivery
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty
• Ensures Associates complete tasks according to store plan
• Monitors productivity of team and coaches as necessary
• Organizes and rotates back stock
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom
• Ensures compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
• Communicates effectively with management and Associates
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on Associate training
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals
• Promotes safety awareness.
