The Registered Nurse Charge Nurse — Evening Shift role is onsite in Falls Church, VA, working 3 p.m.–11 p.m. with every other weekend required. Pay is $46.50–$48 per hour, plus shift differentials. Goodwin Living’s mission is to support, honor, and uplift older adults and those who care for them. The charge nurse coordinates and delivers resident care, administers medications, assesses residents, documents interventions and responses, communicates with the health team, and oversees Care Partners to support quality care.

What you'll do

• Administer medications
• assess residents and coordinate care for assigned household residents
• document nursing interventions, responses, effectiveness, and complications
• communicate with physicians and other health team members
• provide direct oversight to Care Partners
• and develop short- and long-term goals and care plans.
