Accounts Payable Accountant

The Accounts Payable Accountant role is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Compensation is $39.00–$41.50 per hour. The position provides financial support to Facilities, Security, and Environmental, Health and Safety teams on a large corporate campus. The role supports accurate financial reporting and campus operations by processing purchase orders and invoices, tracking budgets and forecasts, preparing accruals, and coordinating payments and audit support across departments.

What you'll do

• Process purchase orders and accounts payable invoices using SAP, My Buy, Google tools, and Microsoft Office
• track budgets and forecast month-end costs
• prepare financial reports and accruals
• process property tax, HOA, and lease payments
• maintain expense reports and support audits
• coordinate with departments and Legal on lease updates.
