What you'll do

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct Dietary Department operations
• assist with job descriptions and performance evaluations
• review policies and recommend revisions
• process diet changes and new diets
• review therapeutic and regular diet plans for compliance with physician orders
• maintain menus, records, food stocks, and sanitary work areas
• participate in facility surveys
• support care plans and budget development and control.
