What you'll do

• Recommend repairs and services based on customer needs
• review warranty and service contract coverage
• schedule appointments and gather vehicle information
• coordinate check-in with service greeters
• communicate customer concerns to technicians and coordinate test drives when needed. Prepare and update repair orders, secure approvals, track repair progress, assign work to technicians, review completed orders, explain charges, and educate customers on vehicle care.
