What you'll do

• Supervise and work alongside one to two employees performing courthouse janitorial duties
• assign and monitor daily work
• conduct quality inspections and coaching
• enforce courthouse security, badging, key control, and access procedures
• coordinate with courthouse staff and security
• maintain timekeeping and attendance records
• manage cleaning supplies and equipment
• ensure safety, sanitation, bloodborne pathogen, and OSHA standards
• support employees with disabilities and approved accommodations.
