What you'll do
- Prepare and submit surplus lines filings according to state requirements
- use reports to monitor filing timeliness
- reconcile amounts payable to regulatory agencies in higher-volume states
- track state SLA tags and distribute weekly reports
- assist with training new compliance staff
- advise on home-state determinations under NRRA guidelines
- maintain retail agency and carrier records and internal surplus lines references
- assist with monitoring the Compliance Helpdesk.
