The Home Health Aide role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, providing one-on-one care in patient homes. Compensation is $16–$20 per hour. The aide joins Healing Heart Nursing Care LLC’s team to provide personalized care and build relationships with patients. The role helps patients with daily activities and personal care, maintains a healthy home environment, records and reports observations, and supports patients’ mental alertness and activity. The posting requires graduation from an accredited Home Health Aide program, a high school diploma or GED, one year of professional experience, a driver’s license, and CPR certification.

What you'll do

• Assist patients with moving between beds, baths, wheelchairs, and automobiles
• change bed linens, do laundry, clean the home, and assist with personal care
• maintain records of care, condition, progress, or problems and discuss observations with a supervisor
• converse with or read aloud to patients
• give medications and immunizations
• engage patients in exercises or other activities.
