What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide attentive service
• learn the bistro menu
• prepare food for the current and upcoming days
• set up the bistro for the assigned AM or PM shift
• review inventory and communicate orders to the primary manager
• cook and serve food and drinks
• maintain cleanliness and equipment
• process payments and follow cash-handling and cashier opening and closing procedures
• comply with liquor laws
• occasionally help diffuse difficult situations.
