What you'll do

• Develop safe exercise programs based on client goals, including cardiovascular, strength, endurance, flexibility, agility, balance, and coordination exercises
• instruct members on proper form and technique
• apply emergency and safety procedures and complete incident reports as needed
• promote YMCA programs
• attend required meetings, workshops, and certifications
• maintain certification and required paperwork.
