What you'll do

• Lead clinical work across the assigned region
• maintain a family medicine practice in Kankakee
• monitor quality measures and lead improvement efforts
• lead peer review, chart audits, patient-safety initiatives, and sentinel-event reviews
• support survey readiness and regulatory compliance
• engage and develop providers
• partner on recruitment and workforce planning
• improve access, workflows, and patient experience
• support team-based care
• manage provider empanelment
• participate in regional planning and the Clinical Leadership Council
• and contribute to service-gap analysis and growth plans.
