What you'll do

• Manage major regulatory cases from evaluation and preparation through filing and implementation
• coordinate testimony, exhibits, data requests, filing packages, comments, and reports
• maintain case schedules and direct interdisciplinary teams
• advise management on case progression and alternative strategies
• interpret regulatory issues, laws, rules, policies, and precedent
• assist with negotiations and representation before regulatory agencies
• coordinate work plans, deliverables, project tracking, metrics, and process improvements
• respond to discovery and information requests.
