What you'll do

• Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda
• handle litigation, dispute resolution, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
• analyze community association legal issues and prepare opinions
• interpret and draft governing-document amendments and service contracts
• advise clients at board and membership meetings
• conduct legal research and manage document review.

Why this role
