What you'll do

• Complete incident reports and daily progress notes
• monitor, assist, and train staff and residents
• alert supervisors, house managers, and guardians to resident issues as required
• support residents’ personal goals according to their ISP and document progress
• teach daily living skills at home and in the community
• provide attendant care and independent-functioning skills assistance in areas including grooming, hygiene, dressing, eating, toileting, and self-medication as planned
• transport residents to appointments and community outings in a company vehicle
• assist with meal planning, shopping, preparation, and cleanup.
