What you'll do

• Advise division and site leaders on people strategies
• develop workforce programs for talent acquisition, engagement, retention, succession planning, and development
• coach leaders on employee relations and performance
• support organizational change and design
• analyze workforce data
• prepare regulatory and HR reports
• facilitate training
• administer performance management
• and support employment-law compliance and investigations.
