Assistant General Manager — Plano

The Assistant General Manager role is onsite in Plano, TX, and pays $17–$20 per hour plus commission and/or monthly bonus incentives. The assistant general manager supports the general manager in sales, fitness, and club operations. The role helps lead and develop the team, maintain member engagement, support membership sales, and uphold club standards to contribute to the club’s financial success and member experience.

What you'll do

• Support daily task delegation, staff management, and communication
• maintain member engagement and a high-performing team
• assist with training team members in club operations and sales
• support membership enrollments and sales metrics
• drive sales of class packages, private training, equipment, and retail
• guide the team toward goals
• help resolve member concerns and escalate them to the general manager when necessary.
