What you'll do

• Review high-dollar facility itemized bills and claim forms line by line
• identify and document potential billing errors
• compare charges with contracts and industry guidelines
• apply coding knowledge to validate billed services
• document findings and recommended claim adjustments
• improve audit processes and tools
• advise stakeholders on complex billing and coding issues
• investigate payment issues
• respond to inquiries and disputes
• and contribute to reimbursement policy recommendations and team training.
