What you'll do

• Manage daily kitchen operations, including food ordering and tracking camp population
• maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, camp facilities, showers, and bathrooms
• order supplies and coordinate with the expeditor
• liaise with the client and Camp Manager
• perform meal preparation and kitchen maintenance
• supervise kitchen staff, manage inventory, or plan menus as applicable to job classification.
