What you'll do

• Develop account plans and identify client needs and business opportunities

• consult with sales on upgrades, modules, maintenance plans, cross-sells, and services
• coordinate resolution of client issues
• manage at-risk accounts
• support user maintenance and onboarding
• monitor surveys
• propose process improvements.
