What you'll do

• Lead YMCA-curriculum swim lessons adapted to individual swimmers
• coach advanced swimmers in skill development, stroke technique, endurance, and progression
• enforce pool rules
• assess progress and provide constructive feedback
• provide drills and activities
• follow progression standards
• maintain instructor certification
• assist with recordkeeping and participant communication
• prepare and store equipment
• and promote swim programs.
