What you'll do

• Manage the employee relations and conflict resolution program
• lead investigations involving policy violations, misconduct, or interpersonal conflict
• document investigations and prepare reports
• coach managers on performance concerns and progressive counseling
• partner with the Senior Director, People & Culture on remediation efforts
• interpret policies and procedures and advise managers
• maintain confidential records.
