What you'll do

• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments
• provide weekly individual counseling
• facilitate individual, group, and/or family therapy under supervision as applicable
• develop treatment and case plans with clients
• document progress
• monitor outcomes and update the clinical team
• participate in weekly treatment meetings
• develop aftercare plans
• coordinate with other departments and, as needed, insurance companies and probation officers
• prepare audit documentation
• transport clients as needed.

Why this role

Schedule is 8 a.m.–4 p.m. Monday–Friday, with one to two weekend days per month. Requires active, valid LCDC II or LCDC III licensure, a valid driver’s license, and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
