Community Manager

What you'll do

• Monitor on-site key performance indicators
• manage the property to its approved operating budget and oversee lease-up
• coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and retention goals
• collect rent and manage delinquency
• collaborate with staff
• create a positive resident environment
• maintain campus and community relationships
• train and evaluate staff on customer service
• submit weekly and monthly reports
• manage projects including marketing and construction initiatives.
