What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, offices, and common areas
• dust, wipe, and disinfect surfaces and high-touch areas
• sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• empty trash and dispose of waste according to facility policies
• restock supplies
• safely mix and use cleaning chemicals
• maintain carts, equipment, and supply closets
• report malfunctions and hazards
• respond to spills and special cleaning requests
• follow infection-control, bloodborne-pathogen, and hazardous-waste procedures
• interact courteously with residents, families, and staff.
