What you'll do

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements

• advise on healthcare regulatory and compliance matters

• assist with licensure and regulatory filings
• identify and communicate legal risks
• coordinate with outside counsel
• support corporate governance and maintain legal records and processes.
