Senior Systems Analyst II — R&D Systems

What you'll do

• Gather and document business and system requirements
• create and maintain software lifecycle and validation documentation
• collaborate with R&D, Infrastructure, QA, Validation, and Information Security
• lead and support implementations, upgrades, releases, and enhancements
• manage vendor relationships
• lead data migration and management initiatives
• analyze business gaps and recommend technology and process improvements
• coordinate issue resolution
• balance strategic projects with operational support
• ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, cybersecurity, and corporate policies.
