What you'll do

• Conduct direct and indirect functional behavior assessments
• develop behavior support and treatment plans
• collect and analyze data to evaluate plan effectiveness
• provide instruction, supervision, training, and support to clients, staff, and families
• collaborate with service providers and the clinical team
• supervise and monitor RBTs, BTs, and practicum students
• prepare documentation and submit insurance authorizations
• maintain BCBA continuing education and certification.
