Retail Merchandiser

Job overview

The Retail Merchandiser works onsite in the Jackson, WY territory, servicing assigned retail stores. Pay is $35 per hour, with mileage and toll reimbursement and paid drive time included with hours worked. L&R Distributors distributes cosmetics and other consumer products to retailers. The role keeps products stocked, organized, and displayed according to retailer standards, and supports store resets using planograms. Store visits, inventory ordering, display maintenance, and communication with store personnel help maintain product availability and presentation.

What you'll do

• Order inventory using a company-supplied tablet and scanner
• service assigned store routes and follow visit processes
• replenish merchandise and complete task forms and photos
• implement planograms and reset displays
• install or adjust shelving and fixtures
• process returns
• verify shipments
• clean and organize displays
• conduct requested store surveys and audits
• communicate with store associates and management.

Why this role

Territory is Jackson, WY; up to 16 hours weekly, with service hours between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. as the authorized drop-dead time. Requires a registered vehicle, driver’s license, car insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle report.
