What you'll do

• conduct routine inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs
• assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• review work orders and track completion
• support energy management by ensuring systems operate efficiently
• inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
