What you'll do

• Oversee daily clinical team operations
• guide and support nurses and other healthcare professionals
• develop and implement patient care plans
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• educate and train staff on patient care, safety, and infection control
• maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Joint Commission standards
• participate in quality improvement initiatives
• foster safety, respect, and communication among staff, patients, and families.

Why this role
