What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional retail education strategies
• train Beauty Advisors and retail leaders
• build relationships with beauty retail partners
• execute activations, promotional events, and product launches
• analyze sales trends
• visit stores to assess merchandising and brand presentation
• coach teams on product confidence and customer conversion
• submit weekly reports
• collaborate with the National Field Manager
• travel throughout the assigned territory.
