What you'll do

• Lead design and delivery for site layout, grading, drainage, underground utilities, and grade separations
• organize workflows and design criteria
• delegate tasks
• support QA/QC and identify out-of-scope services
• mentor junior engineers
• coordinate sub-consultants
• attend project meetings as a secondary point of contact
• contribute to proposals and cross-selling
• manage assigned project elements within budgets and timelines.
