Residential Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage renovation projects and communicate budgets
• monitor plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, collections, and deadlines
• coordinate tradesmen and collaborate with foremen, estimators, technicians, and project coordinators
• handle correspondence with insurers and property owners
• review estimates, budgets, and work orders
• ensure documentation and compliance
• participate in collections and goal-review meetings
• follow the Project Manager on-call rotation
• participate in local community events.
