This senior individual contributor turns AI strategy into reliable production systems and shared capabilities used across squads. The role addresses cross-team quality, reliability, velocity, cost, and risk challenges while setting standards for responsible use of customer data, patient communications, and AI systems.

What you'll do

• Own a multi-squad technical area and improve it measurably
• partner across squads to develop shared capabilities
• establish functional goals, processes, standards, and best practices
• represent engineering in senior customer conversations, architecture reviews, and vendor partnerships
• diagnose systemic issues and lead cross-squad solutions
• mentor builders
• set ethical standards for work with customer data, patient communications, and AI systems.
