What you'll do

• Retrieve work orders and prepare equipment
• complete jobs within company processes and budgets
• monitor active jobs and communicate with customers
• track personnel and resources
• inspect and scope jobs
• document losses with photos and notes
• create or assist with estimates in Xactimate
• explain drying processes and next steps
• coordinate with adjusters and customers
• perform quality assurance inspections and may train technicians.
