What you'll do

• Supervise front desk staff and oversee daily office flow
• verify payroll hours and report them to accounting
• manage time-off requests and staffing coverage
• maintain HIPAA, AHCA, licensing, and other compliance requirements
• ensure employee files and policies are current
• verify timely billing and submit reports
• audit patient charts and insurance eligibility
• oversee facility and equipment logs and maintenance
• coach Patient Care Coordinators
• support patient satisfaction, retention, referrals, and new patient onboarding.
